March 25, 2014 - Honolulu, Hawaii - Lite Hotels, a division of Aqua Hospitality, announced the promotion of Greg Peros to general manager for the Maui Beach Hotel.
“Greg has been a great asset to the Maui Beach Hotel since Aqua took over as the new management company in 2012,” said Ben Rafter, president and CEO of Aqua Hospitality. “In the past two years, he has taken on more responsibility and exhibited strong leadership skills with an emphasis on teamwork. We are pleased to promote him to general manager.”
A 10-year employee of the hotel, Peros previously held the position of sales manager and, most recently, hotel manager.
Prior to joining the Maui Beach Hotel, Peros’ hotel career included positions as housekeeping manager for Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa and property operations manager with Starwood Hotels, where he was part of the reopening team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa.
Born and raised on Maui, Peros graduated from St. Anthony High School and earned a B.B.A in Marketing at Southern Oregon University.
