The 105-room Residence Inn Neptune at Gateway Centre and the 113-room Courtyard Wall at Monmouth Shores Corporate Park
October 22, 2014 - NEPTUNE, N.J. & WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. - MCR Development LLC (“MCR”), one of the largest hotel owner-operators in the United States, today announced it has completed comprehensive renovations at two hotels in Monmouth County, New Jersey: the 105-room Residence Inn Neptune at Gateway Centre, located at 230 Jumping Brook Road in Neptune, and the 113-room Courtyard Wall at Monmouth Shores Corporate Park, located at 1302 Campus Parkway in Wall Township. Both renovations involved complete overhauls of the hotels’ lobby areas and significant enhancements to guestrooms and public areas.
The redesigned lobby areas at each hotel feature brand new furniture, plush carpeting, upgraded light fixtures and soft and inviting wall tones that create a warm and welcoming environment. Sections of private meeting areas with individual televisions were created so that guests can host business meetings, informal events, or just unwind and relax.
The lobby at the Courtyard Wall features a newly constructed Courtyard Bistro® and evening bar, which proudly serves Starbucks® coffee and beverages, and is equipped with innovative GoBoard® technology, an interactive touch screen that guests can use for weather and news updates or directions. Improvements were also made to the hotel’s gym and pool areas. At the Residence Inn Neptune, the patio has been upgraded with the addition of an open fire pit and new outdoor furniture that guests can enjoy during the day or at night.
Both renovations also involved total transformations of guestrooms, complete with new bedding, seating and new full length mirrors and light fixtures to complement the soothing and contemporary wall tones used throughout. Guest bathrooms were also modernized with the addition of new showers and countertops.
The upgrades at both hotels are part of MCR’s strategy to enhance overall guest comfort and satisfaction and drive RevPAR growth through its ongoing renovation program.
Residence Inn Neptune and Courtyard Wall are situated just a short drive away from major New York City area airports and in close proximity to local attractions and entertainment including Six Flags Great Adventure and the Jersey Shore, one of the most popular beach destinations in the country.
