ATLANTA, July 15, 2014 —With 14 years of experience at Marriott, Jennifer Brooks is no stranger to the importance of guest satisfaction. That’s why Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center is pleased to announce her as the new Assistant General Manager. Her dedication to the North Atlanta hotel will continue to further its commitment to providing a positive guest experience for leisure travelers and group business.
Brooks began her career with Marriott in 2000 as a Manager in Training which led to her position as General Manager of the Peachtree Corners Courtyard before transitioning into the full-service hotel business in 2012.
Most recently, she was Director of Operations at Atlanta Marriott Century Center. There, she raised the bar for both the Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) and the Associate Engagement Survey (AES). She was also an integral leader in rolling out the new Hosting Brilliant Program in the Atlanta market and is active in the AGM Council.
