NEW YORK (May 14, 2014) - As part of brand-wide investments in its U.S. properties, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, which owns and operates Millennium Resort and Villas Scottsdale has announced plans to close the property for renovations from June 22 through September 30, 2014.
“The decision to cease operations during the refurbishment period was made to avoid any guest inconvenience during this timeframe,” said Colin Wang, Vice President Operations, North America. “We are committed to providing a superior level of product and service experience for our guests and look forward to delivering on this commitment when we reopen our doors on October 1, 2014”.
The project will entail renovations to all 125 guest rooms along with public spaces such as the lobby, bar, pool and building exteriors. Updates are designed to reflect local natural tones to capture a modern, relaxed setting.
Located a short drive from Phoenix and three miles from Old Town Scottsdale, breathtaking views of Camelback Lake and the McDowell and Camelback Mountains are the highlight of any stay at Millennium Resort and Villas Scottsdale, the ideal base for an Arizona vacation.
